Recipe: Sautéed Worcestershire Chicken

Hello Everyone, Today I wanna share my "a little complicated recipe" ~ Sautéed Worcestershire Chicken Why I said "  a little complicated recipe"? because , its not simple like usually I do. you need mix Worcestershire Sauce well. oke.. let's me show you the picture I take :)
oke... are you ready? let's get we started it.
You need:
  • onion
  • green chili
  • cayenne pepper
  • unsalted butter
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • chicken
  • soy sauce
  • Worcestershire Sauce
pour soy sauce, pepper, and garlic powder with unsalted butter . mix well & wait 15 minutes until the flavors mingle.
after 15 minutes, Heat pan add cooking oil and  chicken with medium heat.
stir briefly chicken until browned and cooked. after that, take it in a plate.
For sauce: warm 1Tbs butter, add chili, onion and stir briefly.
don't forget add 150ml  Worcestershire and add 50ml water add sprinkle salt & sugar, add chicken into sauce.
 Leave it in 1minute with low heat, and take it in a plate. Serve immediately.

Chiken Egg Lemon Recipe

Hi friends..
thank you for opening my Recipe blog. its already long time, i dont make a culinary review or Recipe.
I am too focus with my main blogs, that is www.misskattie.com.
I already move in my Mother in law's house. so hard to do many activities...
but, it's oke... Today, I make a unique Recipe again. hahahaa... maybe the photo makes you shock.
the chicken looks dark brown. forgive me.. because I have not adapted to the stove's mother in law.

before we start for cooking, pls read the ingredients :
  • egg
  • grated cheese
  • Cooking oil
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • a little slice of Lemon
  • Chili Sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • chicken boneless 100gr
How to Cook:
Slice your chicken into small  pieces , so you are easy to make chicken cooked.
and then mix egg, grated cheese, soy sauce, chili sauce in the 1 bowl.
and squeeze of lemon
and than mix all ingredients i mention above.
add slice of chicken 

mix again and leave it around 5 minutes, until seasoning absorb on the chicken.

while waiting, marinade seep into the chicken . heat the cooking oil in pan.
don't forget to turn into medium heat. 
 after the chicken likely brown, and in another pan again. 
pour chicken stock into another pan until boil...
and done ...

RECIPE: Chiken Egg Fried

i don't have any idea to give a name for this recipe.
i need emergency food in case i am too lazy to make a lunch.

today, i wanna share some quick recipe for making a delicious Lunch.

COMPOSITION
  • 1  ea egg
  • 1  ea chili
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt & sugar
  • leeks
  • Cooking Oil
  • Chiken Stew
  • Chili (Optional)
  • 1 Teapsoon grated cheese
HOW TO MAKE IT?
crack the egg and put into bowl


add salt and sugar

chiken stew and mix it again :)
mixed with chopstick and then add some leeks and chili

Prepare frying pan add 3 teapsoon cooking oil, and add them to frying pen

stir briefly, don't forget add grated cheese.

and DONE! simple right?

Cost to make it: + Rp 9.000,- LOL!
Remember: make some lunch will be better than u buy, because hygiene and cheap.

Recipe: Hainam Chiken Rice

Good Morning everyone,
thank you for comming.
today i am gonna show you, how to cook a delicious Simple Hainam Chiken Rice.
why i said simple? because i make it as simple as i can for beginner, you know that i am not a professional chef. if you don't know how to make it? you are a beginner and wanna try? i can share to you , HOW!

and sure this is HALAL, so for muslim don;t worry you can try it this simple Recipe.
So,  let's begin:

Ingredients:
  •  sesame oil
  • ginger 
  • shallot
  • Onion
  • Rice
  • Chicken Stock
  • Soy Sauce
  • Salt
this is the result after ginger peeled and cleaned.

How to make :
peel the ginger, another tips for beginner, you can try peel with spoon like i did, this is simple way i did for peel.
and then peel shallot and garlic too

after peeled , don't forget to cleaned with water
chops shallot , garlic and ginger in small pieces
to make it smooth and delicious , you need mashing them or if you have mixer , you can use your mixer machine to make it smooth.
don't forget add a half of teaspoon salt.
mashed all until smooth

now pour 3 of teaspoons of sesame oil on frying pan with low heat.
i love sesame oil, you know sesame oil is main ingredients of hainam chiken rice, the taste ,smell come from sesame oil. :)

and then the smooth garlic, etc
stir briefly for half minute.
and pour 100ml chicken stock.
chicken stock make it delicious :) you don't need seasoning or another MSG.
and then put the rice , and soy sauce with sprinkle salt.
seasoning ingredients mixed, you can put rice with a little water in rice cooker. wait until the rice cooked.
and this is the result i get :)
 i get a yellow brown rice with chicken flavor, yummy

you can try it simple recipe on your house and don't forget to poach chicken :)
